ABOUT US

Abby

Abby is an Australian trained speech pathologist with professional recognition in both Australia and the U.K.. She completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology in Melbourne, Australia and her Master of Science, majoring in Language and Literacy, at the University of Sheffield, U.K..

 

Abby established CWB after more than 10 years practising within an international context across Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia. She is passionate about supporting children's communication challenges and has a particular interest in multilingual language and literacy development. 

 

Abby strongly believes that every family has their own language, cultural and communicative needs and these should provide the springboard for a child’s assessment and intervention planning. 

 

Abby adheres to the Speech Pathology Australia code of ethics and upholds professional development requirements with Speech Pathology Australia and the Health and Care Professionals Council, UK. She offers face to face and Zoom sessions in addition to school, home and daycare visits.
